If you want to add an extra reliability and be more professional, add your business signature and ask your clients to accept your proposals by signing them.
You can only set up just one signature for your business, so only one signee can be configured.
To set up your signature, go to Settings> Proposals> Proposals signature.
You’ll only have to provide the name of your business signee and upload a photo of the signature. Minimum size for the image is 320×240 pixels.
If you want your clients to sign your proposals, please check the box Signature required for quote acceptance on new proposal data screen.
