Create a Trello board once your proposals get accepted

Time needed: 15 minutes.

If you use Trello to organize, starting a project once you get a Quoters proposal accepted is really easy and useful. This means you can add it to your agenda and start working on it, adding resources to it. And you can do it using your Zapier account to connect both Trello and Quoters.

1. Start choosing App and Event

   Select Quoters as App on Zapier. Trigger must be Quote approved as this will start the zap.

2. Next step: board creation

   On the following step, you have to choose Trello as App and the Event will be Create Board.

3. Final step: customize your board data

   Setup your board using proposal data: customer, description, contact, proposal public view link, team members… And that’s all.
