You can create a proposal from scratch or using one of our templates.
Sections
Proposals created on Quoters are made up of content blocks called ‘Sections’; you can think of the sections as the pages or slides of any of your documents or presentations.
There are three types of sections:
- <b”>Text, imags or videos section: on it you can insert text, images and videos, as well as inserting tables.
- <b”>Pricing table section: add here your quotation. You can use rates and costs.
- Saved sections: access the sections you want to re-use.
You can add unlimited sections to your proposals by clicking the ‘plus’ button that appears below or above each section.
Section editor
You access section options clicking on the pencil icon that you’ll find in the upper left corner.
Options vary depending on the type of section you are in.
In the Text, photo or videos section, you can:
- Save section
- Section background (color, image, video)
- Typography
- Full screen: set up the height of it
- Delete the section
In the Price table section, you can:
- Save section
- Typography
- Full screen: set up the height of it
- Delete the section
Ordering the sections
You can change the position of any section by using the up and down arrows that you’ll find in the upper and lower parts of each one.
WYSIWYG philosophy
We created Quoters based on What you see is what you get philosophy, which means everything you see when editing your proposal appears as it will be on the final version that your client will see, with some exceptions.
To preview your proposal as your client, click the Preview button on the upper menu.
